I am a historian, born and raised in Vilnius. I am working as a full-time tour guide since 2013. My main aim is to provide the tour guests with information on history, culture, local politics, and everyday life through a mixture of both humor and serious stories. I try to be flexible, depending on if the guests want a "lighter" version or something more specialized.
Some of the those who have enjoyed my tour were members of the Aerosmith band, Game of Thrones actors, National Geographic reporters, presidents of foreign countries, and members of the worldwide press. I treat everyone with the same respect and attention. The city awarded me the title of "The most hospitable tour guide of 2015". It is a very practical thing to have a document signed by the mayor that says I am a nice person: it surely helps when arguing with neighbors.
